What I'd do - Weav, Wilson, Kuroda (perfect world he's available), Richards & Hughes.  
 
And even then, that's only fixing part of this equation which is plaguing the Angels.  I'd also want to go out there and sign two really good relievers and trade Kendrick for a couple of very good pitching prospects in AA or higher.
 
I'd really want to set the Angels up so that in two-three years they'd have Richards, Sappington and the two good young pitching prospects from the Kendrick deal in the rotation.  Kuroda and Hughes would be short term fixes and the down the road we can decide if we want to keep Weav and Wilson around any longer. 
 
The final part of the equation.  Make a decision on Scioscia and Dipoto.  Right now I honestly don't care.  trade one, fire the other, fire them both, or keep both for the long term.  Just remove the uncertainty so that we all can move past this.

Hellweg and Pena?  Meh.  Roach would be somewhat of a point. Angels are not hurting for infielders, so Segura is a moot point.  He rolled the dice.  If Greinke had gotten off to a better start with the Angels... he finished great...  they could've gotten in the playoffs, then who knows.  
 
This team is off to a crappy start because they are off to a crappy start, not because they are a crappy team.  The crap Scioscia and Dipoto are getting for it is comical.  They will do better.  

I agree with Red 100%.  Who is your ideal manager?  The SF Giants have won 2 of the last 3 WS and they don't have the rah-rah manager that some of you want.  When I look over th elandscape, the more successful managers are player friendly managers.  Picking someone from within is silly, because there is no one.
 
If you "Fire Scioscia" folks think someone can turn this roster around and make a winner out of it, you have been sitting in the sun too long.

I think the games are more enjoyable when I just look at the box score and don't actually watch.
