He absolutely does. But it's easier for some people to continue to play up the "East coast bias" myth, since it makes it easier to play the victim when things go wrong.
He stole 22 bases and was caught 9 times. That's not good. Generally speaking, unless you're stealing bases at a 75% or higher rate, you're actually hurting your team in terms of expected runs.
Apparently, Victor and Gubi have much better eyes than I do. I don't see anything in the angles that they've shown that is conclusive enough to overturn it, unfortunately.

With Castellanos RBI 1B off Jepsen in B6, #Angels relievers have allowed 14 of 24 (58%) inherited runners to score, 2nd-worst % in AL.
I think this is one of the those weird games where nothing goes right, but then the Angels pull it out and win in the 9th.
Those exist, right? Maybe?
Anyway, since this is a crazy game, I'm gonna call an Ian Stewart HR to win the game.
