There could be another interesting move coming as well in the Front Office... We know Buck interviewed when Maddon was hired and had 2 interviews this time around.
Perry respects him a lot.
Buck had experience building everything Top to Bottom with the Diamondbacks.... What if he comes in as an Assistant to Perry to revamps the lower levels of the organization and the Baseball Operations side...?
This would work great! If they want to continue the build up of older college level players on a fast track this would work.
Life is strange destination unknown. Life is so strange.

Why?
I’m not sure, now I can’t even get the game on audio. Seems like broadcast issues.

We like Schanuel so you can’t say this.
Here’s the thing, while it seems to me that this place may have become more Christian, everyone has forgot the unwritten rules. Are we getting old?

Sorry to say this is all a shit show, and I’ve got plenty of stuff going on. I’ve been coming to realize what an import part of my life this place is. Meanwhile, let’s please not do any lead off walks or I may lose it.

At least we’re not in nuclear war, I mean things could be worse.

Not that it has mattered but we did lose robbie ray in the first game he pitched of the year to TJ. Marco Gonzales has been gone a while.
Ray's useful and missed. Marco not so much.
Have not had any devastating injuries offense wise though. Just carried dead weight kolten wong and aj pollock too long.
Injuries happen and then it’s about depth.

After leadoff walk to Schanuel, Moniak follows with another walk and Jo Adell hits 3 run bomb 510 feet in 9th for walk off HR. That was number 35 for Jo. Adell did strikeout in his first 3 AB but nobody talks about that.
You have this mixed up, it’s always the Angels that do the lead off walk thing.

Why shouldn't they? I mean, really, other than die-hard Mets or Angels fans, why would anybody else watch the Angels vs. the Mets? People have things to do, busy lives.
No people are bored and kind of depressed so they like watching baseball. And that’s the Mets fans, I won’t comment on the Angels fan experience right now.

Sorry for a bit of a tangent, but this has been on my mind for sometime, so I’m just putting it here instead of starting a new thread because you know all these sides are the same thread.

Salmon and trout are closely related species both belonging to the same family of fish called Salmone. They share many similarities in terms of their appearance, behavior, and habitat preferences.
One common ancestor gave rise to various species within the Salmonidae family, including salmon, trout, and other fish like char and grayling. This common ancestry is the reason why salmon and trout share several physical characteristics, such as their streamlined bodies, adipose fins (a small, fleshy fin between the dorsal fin and tail), and the presence of scales.
As for the mention of angels, it's worth noting that salmon and trout are sometimes referred to as "angel fish" due to their beauty and grace in the water. However, this is not a biological or scientific term but rather a nickname given by some people who appreciate these fish.
In summary, salmon and trout have a close evolutionary relationship as members of the Salmonidae family, sharing common traits and characteristics. While they may be called "angel fish" by some, this is more of a descriptive term used to highlight their aesthetic appeal.”
