    That’s called overmanaging. With a four run lead you go to your mop up guy because that’s his role and you’re not nearly as concerned with matchups because if he doesn’t have it you have wiggle room to make adjustments and still have a lead. Instead he put both guys out of position and he lost the game for us as a result. Piss poor management.

    This guy is clearly related to Nevin in some way. And just like I thought, there’s no justifying what Nevin did, just deflection and redirection. I understand the game great, and your relative Nevin is awful at his job. We all know the players suck, and we say so. Managers shouldn’t be the reason games are lost, and this one and others are on Phildo.

    This season is over. We don’t have the continuity in place to really contend. The team had enough talent, but once again the preparation is lacking. I don’t feel we have the best and brightest in the coaching ranks and in the front office. We never seem to get the most out of the guys we got.
