    Damn it! Love this trade, works out for both parties. It gives Vernon a chance to get fair PT with the skanks and we get rid of paying 100% of that contract and take away the temptation of Scioscia playing him the minute Bourjos starts to struggle. Also opens the door for Calhoun to be the 4th outfielder.

    Plantar fasciitis can be a big problem if you're in a sport that involves a lot of running such as football or basketball. In terms of baseball, it shouldn't be much of a problem for Pujols. I imagine a lot of singles, doubles, and HR's from him. I'm not expecting many triples. He shouldn't be running enough for it to be a major issue.

    I actually feel for Diaz, he seems very lost and in need of help and I don't think he's got the right person in his life to guide him. Caesar Gracie seems like pure scum. I can respect the fact that Diaz just loves to scrap. Love me some Big Rig Hendricks. I hope he can dethrone GSP.
