    That's not true. You can have men on 2nd and 3rd with no outs and go out/out/hit to go 1-3(.333) w/RISP while driving in 100% of RISP. So to score 50% of RISP you don't need to bat .500 in those situations.

    These last few years I've come to realized that I'm too emotionally invested in this team and with big expectations came even bigger disappointments. I'm just going to enjoy the rest of the season for the game it self, win or lose. Getting to watch Mike Trout helps with that. And as for your rehab, I'm sure you'll be as good as new by the all star break, 2014

    He's the one player who had the biggest affect on offseason moves. The Angels were unwilling to package him in a deal for starting pitching. Torii Hunter wasn't even offered a quailifing contract, because Trumbo was to take over RF. Morales was traded once Hamilbum was signed so Trumbo could DH. They have a lot invested in him even though and mainly because he's cheap.

    I knew Jepsen was in trouble when Scioscia didn't allow him to just pitch when called upon, instead having him focus on Crisp and even calling for a pitch out and immediately falling behind in the count. You don't bring in a pitcher, have him go through his warm up pitches, and then not make an actual pitch until 5 minutes later. Guess what? Crisp stole the base anyways.

    Never should've been in the game to begin with. High pressure situation and facing former team. Scioscia doesn't think he'll be too amped up in that spot? I think he was set up to fail, which he did masterfully.
