I think the perception about me being negative is because when something regarding the Angels is pissing me off I go on here (I'm sure others too). I'm generally overdramatic to be funny. If I'm happy with what's going on during a game I'm high fiving a friend or smiling/fist pumping, I do post positive stuff here too but it's usually not as witty as my negative/sarcastic stuff. If people here think I'm totally negative you should see my when I talk the Angels with my stepdad. A lot of the time he says that I'm 'drinking the Angels kool aid" and sees me as an eternal optimist lol.

Last year when they were split I recall the vent threads generally having 8-20 pages and the Gameday threads have 2-4, lol.

He definitely challenged a lot of guys with strikes right down the middle today.

The soothing sound of Jose Mota's voice on the postgame show just did it for me.

Scioscia was a moron for not intentionally walking Votto yesterday but he was right to bunt Trout over.

Dino Ebel doesn't make that much.

I have, I don't care. It's. The. Internet. But when I got booted I came in here to make a few final points.

I think me being singled out for being upset when things don't go the Angels way in the chat is inaccurate.

If Chuck had said agree to disagree in the chat or something along those lines about Blanton, I would have stopped.

I hope so. I'm just not impressed with what I've seen and his numbers in recent years don't excite me.

When we did well on opening day I was PUMPED. Right now with this rally if we get the big hit, I will be PUMPED! When Joe Blanton is allowing 3 home runs, I'm not happy.

It's not some grudge thing, we're talking baseball. One of the last things I put in chat before being banned was Blanton's ERA the last 3 seasons.

I hope Chuck's right and Blanton is great. Hell before Wells was traded I hoped he'd bounce back this year for us.

It's not just for venting, my point is when we're not doing well/something bad has happened it's a place to vent. When we do well, like the awesome opening day win, it's a place to celebrate.

I don't care about threats. I like this place and respect what you've done with it but there's other places to discuss the Angels online. I've been very optimistic when the team is looking good. Loved the Hamilton signing, was in favor of the Hanson trade, while I was nervous about Morales for Vargas I didn't have a problem with it. Blanton is pitching today and I didn't like that signing, so I was discussing who I think would have been better (or could be better, like Richards) in the rotation for better value. Also were you in there in the opening day chat when I said I was dancing when the Angels won? When the team does well and wins I'm happy, when they're losing I'm not.

The chat is FOR VENTING, especially when the team is losing. If you think I'm the only one venting in there you're nuts. Blanton is a veteran and I don't get how anybody could expect him to be a mid 3 ERA guy at this point. For a 5 type starter I'd have at least gone for a guy with low 4's ERA last few seasons.

Hate? I was trying to get Chuck to show me some numbers supporting his view on Blanton being a good signing. I was bringing up guys I'd have preferred to sign when he banned me/trolled me.

I got banned from the chatroom BTW for trying to have a debate about Joe Blanton's pitching abilities. I thought the reason sites like this existed was for debates/discussion about the Angels.

Blanton is terrible, and his ERA from the last few seasons indicates to me that we're in for a lot of outings like this.

Hey Chuck how about backing up why you love Blanton so much rather than deleting my posts/banning me from chat.
