I admit the headline is provocative. I love how the blogger made us look without much in the article to understand the core issue.

People aren't naive. They take the time to study the rules and make sure they comply with the regulations. Case in point, I had a customer Saturday that was moving and needed a lot of stuff. When he paid he pulled out a couple pocketfuls of cash which I of course gladly accepted. But he explained that he couldn't keep much in a checking account because his benefits would be cut. He was very up front about it. He got disability from the time his factory closed and he gets housing and food stamps. Not bad for not working. I've had coaches and teachers tell me the kids are all well schooled in how to answer questions so they get free everything. Sad how many generations are now living on the government dole with no one in the family ever working.

I keep flashing back to 1968 when the pricks captured the USS Pueblo and got away with it. 81 sailors were beaten and kept for 11 months. They still have our ship to this day, made it a museum. Might be one reason they keep poking us with a Sharpe stick and not thinking we'll bite back. I take them seriously. I know it's a bluff now, but somethings going on in that starving nation. Power struggle maybe?

Americans are buying thicker mattresses to hide assets. This just might be what's wrong with the economy. Fear at what they are going to do next.

I wonder how many people will watch it now to see what the controversy is over. May actually help the ratings. I still don't see the big deal but Yahoo featured it and talk radio knows about it, so it is a big deal. Darn you people, now I have to google "Tainted Love" as if I didn't have enough stuff to do tonight.

I guess I'm just not as sensitive as most people. I watched the show and no one in my family noticed it. Now that I think about it maybe they should go back and cast a more WASP in the role.

No wonder I've lost those 2 pounds. I've run out of birds and snow coffee. Sad thing is if they ridicule any of that they could well end up in a concentration camp. Americas can't begin to believe how brainwashed they are. Shame on Dennis Rodman for not bringing back some delicious Korean birds for us to eat.

Every kid I went to school with would be on Ritalin these days because we had fun at school and didn't know what Politically correct meant. It's unbelievable what standards they have to endure at school but what they can see and do at home on Internet.

In related news to solve my own store budget shortfalls I decided to only use my lights 9 hours and 55 minutes vs 10 hours a day. Perhaps congress could follow a similar common sense plan. Nah!!!

They deserved better than Chavez. Such a beautiful potentially prosperous nation. I hope they do better with the next leader.

I know I'm dating myself but I took the reduced benefit at 62, then I became a part time employee for my wife. Hey, I worked over 45 years most of it paying the employee and employer both parts. My Dad worked over 40 years and never was able to collect a dime, so I wanted something back for my work. It pays for perhaps my food and fuel. The rest I spend on postage and envelopes.

I've seen so many contradictory documentaries I don't know what to believe anymore. I don't have any faith in the Warren Commission at all. World tensions were cranked sky high those years so they toned it down to appease the public. But then with JFK gone it gave us Lydon Johnson and we know how that turned out for my generation .

The donuts were bad yesterday. I blame "Sequestration" Darn those politicians.
