I have very little confidence with Estevez after the way he pitched in second half. I like Andrew Wantz in this group. Bachman was hurt a lot. My concern is starters can only pitch 4 inn. If BP has to pitch 4 and 5 inn every night bullpen will be an early burn out. Need starters go 6 to 7 inn.

Did you just use St. Louis as a non contender? NO way I know your smarter than that. St Louis one of the best is not best run teams in all of baseball. With the best fan base in all of baseball. Let's look at non contender Cardinals. In last 15 years how many losing seasons have they had. How many times in playoffs? St. Louis had it's first down year in how many years. They did have down year in 2023 but have been very aggressive in FA market. Find a better example oh I have one Rendon signing with Angels.

When Minasian signed Tepera and Loup 2 years ago I thought those were great moves. We all know how that turned out. I hope Kolarek ends up an all-star and halos have a bobblehead night for him. Most inn in majors for a year was 19 back in 2019. He has basically been given a spot in pen. I do not know what goes on during negotiation but would think Kolarek would be player on minor league deal. Angel 40 man will have a lot of movement this off season as they only have one open spot now. Kolarek is out of options and I would prefer getting pitcher that had options. I'm called a dipshit because I'm not a fan of this signing and go root for another team. I've been a fan since Dec 1960. I was told I have no idea what Angel's plan for this off season are. You are right I do not know. What I said maybe this off season will be nothing but small signings with nothing big. Only time will tell.

I am happy for the Kolarek family as it is the holiday season and in the spirit of giving here is 900,000 from Arte. Angel's have 8 BP spots and how much stronger did it get with this signing. Starters are coming off the board Nola, Maeda and now Gray.

Well Minasian did something. This move reminds me of signing Brett Philips to a contract last off season. Give a guy MLB deal when not another would.

Times are different now with so much money in play. Pitch count was not around and many pitchers throw 150 in a game. Young kids many of them play year round which I feel leads to early arm troubles. Teams want to protect investment they have and same with players. Stick around long enough you become a millionaire.
