  1. That works too. Or, just let him work with Reagins. They can play MLB The Show all day and figure out ways to trade for/re-sign Mathis, Wells, Quinlan, and Finley.
  2. While I like Ebel, I would want someone that has absolutely zero ties to Mike Scioscia. Don't let the cancer linger.
  3. He has to be good at something doesn't he haha? At least he would not be making any decisions or be in a leadership role. My point is, I'm sure he would be so embarrassed and walk away, but then again, the guy is one of the most stubborn persons in the world and that might not be the case.
  4. Why don't we just demote Scioscia if money is an issue? Shit can everyone else, bring in Dipoto's guys, and make Mensa the catching coach. All this in hopes that he would just resign.
  5. Can I borrow some of your Kool-Aid to wash it down?
  6. Yeah, we know nothing is Scioscia's fault. Every player that plays under him just sucks. Thanks.
  7. Love listening to Scioscia say that these guys will just figure it out sooner or later. Wouldn't want you to press the issue and create a sense of urgency with these guys, fatass.
  8. Thanks. Best of luck to you guys. I'm a big Cards' fan. Heavily invested in them for fantasy this year. Yeah, that would require a manager with half a brain.
  9. You're good man. All of us just hate everything right now. Our organization sucks and our manager is a coward.
  10. I loved the way he just went into the dugout, grabbed his shit, and left. He was also jogging down the baseline when he hit the FC.
  11. Pop up to the catcher with one out. Hamilton took off thinking there were two outs and got doubled up at first. Yes this is the major leagues.
  12. Hopefully he won't be around for 30 games. Scioscia I mean.
  13. Scioscia is such a pansy. He would never. Ship his ass out.
  14. FIRE SCIOSCIA! Hopefully Josh made one contribution this season and was the straw that broke the camels back for them to fire this joke of a manager.
  15. Stick a fork in this team.
  16. What the **** did I just see?
  17. I wonder what Santana could have been with a competent pitching coach that could help him dial in with his issues. He always had the stuff.
  18. I like all of this. Good call. It is a start.
  19. I hope we win and we should. Hanson has looked good going back to his last ST start.
  20. As if he has a choice? He does a great job getting a return for guys he knows they will not be able to re-sign. Obviously, the comparison with the Angels budget and the A's budget is tough, but Beane definitely gets way more bang for his buck than we do, clearly.
  21. Mike Scioscia. What don't people get? A manager is responsible for winning, efficiency, and productivity. Scioscia is unsatisfactory in all of these categories. It is his responsibility to fix these areas, whether it be with the coaches he brings in to assist or through his practices. There have been far less talented teams that are successful under a manager. This is an issue that extends far beyond this year and is not an over reaction due to our 2-7 start.
  22. Great question. Something along the lines of throwing shit on a wall and seeing what sticks.
