I did not read all the post but please stop with the crazy optimism. Total and should be undeniable BUST. I don't know the guy or his regiment but if these guys took a pay cut when on the DL, I am 100 percent sure they would be hiring the best trainers and taking the best preventive measures available to avoid injuries and the pay cut.
