Cramping?? Wtf, this team knows we are in the middle of must win games. Canning down because it hurts a little when he pushes off and now ohtani cramping going to cost this team even more.
I gotta realize that it’s not happening this year, way too much working against us. Nothing can go right
So add Ohtani to the list of guys that have not been able to stay 100% for us this year.
Drury, Neto, Rendon, O’hoppe, ward, Trout, Adell, Urshela, I’m sure I’m missing a bunch more…
I’m sure he wants to go to a competent franchise that has shown a track record of winning.
I’ve kind of already given in to the fact that he’s most likely going to be an Astro or Dodger. Probably a decent chance he comes back to Anaheim but if we blow it the last couple months and with nothing to show talent wise in the minors, not sure how we can spin short term or long term competitive teams when we haven’t been anywhere near the playoffs since 2015.
2-4 flat ain’t out isn’t going to cut it, if we want to make the playoffs. Maybe if we could have gotten rolling earlier in the season when we were decently healthy and not flirting with .500 for the entirety of the season.
The cherry on top is going 2-4 after making a big trade, with the offense not able to buy a clutch hit and the pitcher you went and got losing both starts.
it’s just so fundamentally angels it makes you wanna cry.
Anything less than 3 out of 4 is not good. Losing the series or getting swept might be a nail in the coffin.
I don’t feel confident after the horrible hitting with runners in scoring position the entire road trip.
They don’t have the margin of error to go on 2-4 stretches being this far behind in the division and wild card chase.
tired or not, if they are going to make a push they have to find a way.
Barria up there throwing batting practice fastballs with the bases loaded and 2 outs.
meanwhile the angels stand at the plate and watch the same pitches right down the middle with the bases loaded.
