Actually it was the Aflac duck I tripped over going down the stairs.

OK, my wife pushed me down the stairs.  

So on Saturday my puppy decided to run down the stairs behind me and pretty much tripped me up and took me out.  I ended up in urgent care where the X-rays showed I had a fracture in my left foot.  Yesterday I went to the foot doctor where they took more X-rays and did ultra sound.  They discovered I have two fractures and ligament damage.  I will be on the IR for at least 4 weeks with a boot.  I never knew how much I took my legs or feet for granted.

Tex Mex originated from rancheros who migrated to Texas in the early 20th century, so you could say it's authentic Mexican food. There are also quite a few restaurants in Texas specializing in interior cuisine. Tex Mex, Sonoran cuisine in Arizona, California burritos, they're all delicious.

Sounds like a formula for colonic blast.

I like Chipotle but if there were taco shops here like there are in San Diego I would never eat there.  Chipotle was spawned here before it was bought and then sold by McDonalds.  I read that some of the top McDonalds brass came over when they split from each other.
