    Uh, you better get that earnest money back. I think the fact that the d-bag seller not disclosing the lien could be considered a breach of contract. How does someone not know they have a $120K lien on their house for taxes?

    OK, my wife pushed me down the stairs.

    So on Saturday my puppy decided to run down the stairs behind me and pretty much tripped me up and took me out. I ended up in urgent care where the X-rays showed I had a fracture in my left foot. Yesterday I went to the foot doctor where they took more X-rays and did ultra sound. They discovered I have two fractures and ligament damage. I will be on the IR for at least 4 weeks with a boot. I never knew how much I took my legs or feet for granted.

    Qdoba is actually better in my opinion with a bigger menu. They also don't charge for guacamole.

    I like Chipotle but if there were taco shops here like there are in San Diego I would never eat there. Chipotle was spawned here before it was bought and then sold by McDonalds. I read that some of the top McDonalds brass came over when they split from each other.
