Maybe having the phone nearby wouldn't be a terrible idea. That's why when I see that fat old naked guy in my bathroom every morning, I dont even call the cops.

Dude, you're damaged. You should really seek some help.Anyone notice pro-lifers are afraid of terrorists? Pro-lifers ARE terrorists.
The extreme right wing christian church has bombed more buildings in america than muslims. All for the sake of being "pro-life".
The pastor I grew up around drove the largest diesel truck to tow the largest boat because his lazy @$$ only had to work 1 day a week thanks to all the money from hating gays and preaching the pro-life message. Guess who caught him at a City of Industry strip club, saving souls no doubt. The biggest scumbags in Ameirca stand behind a pulpit every sunday and ask for your $$$. Creating terrorists.

One thing I am absolutely sure of is that you can't run from yourself. No matter what geographic changes one might make, the same person shows up.the comment from the ex doyer about him being the worst person in baseball. LoLz This guy just needs to get away from the Dodgers and try a fresh start.
The bit from the scout about his diminished skills is alarming tho. I wonder if this is a common assessment.

Cool, sounds like I haven't missed much.twitter is for retards. you can't believe anything you read, nor who you read it from. it's full of people pretending to be a million different things. does that sound worthwhile to you?
-
That does nothing to alleviate concerns. Might have raised them a bit though.
-
They just simply run a smart org.Or giving out QO's like the cardinals did and having 3 1st round picks in next June's draft.

Wow!https://twitter.com/BestFansStLouis
Comedy hour....
I started a twitter acount over ten years ago to follow a Nasa launch. Since then the only tweets I've seen are the ones posted here, and a few from other news outlets. Serious question; is that page a good representation of the twitter experience?

I agree, the Cubs and Heyward both did well.I haven't seen the terms and structure of the deal, but with that $/year amount, even with multiple opt out clauses it would seem to be a nice return for the Cubs.

Haha, I'm loving the chant. I don't care where we go, I just want to say the chant.im open to ideas. Would you prefer papa johns feels the wrath?
"No upton, no peace! Know upton, the piece!"
Can we eat first, I'm hungry and I love their garlic dipping sauce. Then we wrath!
-
Then there's that.

You don't consider yourself a democrat? Do you know much about Rubio? This is not a gotcha question, I'm sure I don't know all there is to know about Rubio either. But from what I've seen, he seems to be well informed, principled, honest, and not bat shit crazy, which is a plus these days. After decades of getting to know Hillary and her polotics, it seems somewhat impossible for me to believe a person would cast a vote for her, unless they're an entrenched Democrat of course.I don't think she'd "screw the country" but just maintain the status quo, which is better than what Trump could potentially do.
I'd still go with Hillary. I don't consider myself a "Democrat" but I generally prefer any Democrat to any Republican. In almost every case.
-
I don't know what the answer is. There's no perfect scenario. I do know at the end of the day, democracy leads to people enriching themselves through the ballot box.
Maybe there is no perfect answer. However, democracy appears to be the best answer we have. It has made it possible for millions to have a fulfilled human experience. If you're looking for perfection, I would turn to God, for comfort in that life will never be perfect. As far as the ballot box is concerned, an uptick in informed voters wouldn't hurt.
-
If you can, take a step back and clear your heads. You are now Heyward. Now take a look at your options. First, you're going to be a mega millionaire no matter where you go. So now, what team might offer you the best experience? I'm not going to name all the reasons, but if you didn't pick the Cubs, your picker is broken.

Ha, I can't help but get the feeling there's going to be another MILM with a kid named Trout on the market soon.

Ahhhh not Pizza Hut again. I'll be rockin my new skinny arm tat sleeves. Oh, and not on Saturday, I've got a thing.ive already wrapped a t shirt on my head and put on a really old wife beater shirt.
And ive called the pizza hut to warn them of whats coming to them...for their part in us laying an egg this winter

That sounds like a solid plan, right up to the point where the Washington GM has to answer for his team getting beat out by a smaller bid. Natswin.Com will want answers! Here is how it works.
Cubs are the team with the highest offer because the Cards just dropped out. Agent tells Cubs he has an offer for 200m from another team and that 8/185 wont cut it.
Agent sends mass text to sportswriters saying that they have a 200m offer from the Nats.
Sportswriters say: "Sources: Heyward has 200m offer from the Nats"
Cubs say they wont budge from their current offer. Agent tells Cubs that Heyward will join them even though they offered less.

We might want to get the torch oil out and sharpen up the pitch forks a bit. Better to be prepaired.I know wveryone here wanted him, and for the price he got, yeah, that would have been great for us. But i still say upton is the better fit for us.
Now, if we dont get him, i riot
-
No doubt? Even with all the reports on Washington offering 200mil.Seriously, stop saying he took less. That is such bullshit. His agent just advertised the 200m deal to get more money. I have no doubt that he took the highest offer.
-
All you need to do now is say that about ten more times in other threads and it will become fact. Why do I get the feeling the Angels never actually made an offer?
I mean I get that he apparently took less to play with Chicago so it wouldn't have likely mattered. But you can't sign anyone if you don't offer them a contract.
Bring on the fire Arte threads.
-
Exactly, I don't get it?Why were the other threads locked? What is the point of that?
-
Several people saying on Twitter (read it for what it's worth) that he took less from the Cubs than what STL was offering. And Card fans are going ballistic. Quite amusing actually.
Ha, what do ya know, a baseball player making a good overall decision.
-
That really doesn't make sense. Wonder if Heyward gave the Cubs a discount? Maybe he saw that team as the best shot at mutiple WS rings.
And at this point, he wouldn't be wrong.
M's sign Cishek 2/10
