  1. After today's game: Calhoun OPS: 578 Valbuena OPS: 589 How's have though Kole could catch him after the start he had?
  2. If all else fails he can just get a new arm when he goes back to Japan in the offseason
  3. How long do they keep going with Marte before they give JMF another shot?
  4. Noe Ramirez is so forgettable you already forgot about him mid sentence before remembering again
  5. Bundaberg Rum? That shit's vile but popular, especially up north
  6. Differs from state to state. Probably Carlton Draught , Victoria Bitter & XXXX ?
  7. Good. No Australians do so we gotta send it somewhere ?
  8. I just fell into it back when I was in school in the late 90's. Started playing in a local competition after I saw a flyer and picked the Angels somewhere along the way. Probably shouldn't mention I'm also a Seahawks fan as well, but at least I know I'm not he only one
  9. I'm an Aussie. Live in Melbourne
  10. I'm in Australia so most of what I actually get to watch is Gameday running in the background while I'm at work, and watch highlights after the games have finished. My question/s here is: What has Kole changed? I've heard his approach and coverage at the plate has improved since returning from the DL but what exactly has he done? Has he figured something out and is it sustainable? Did he change something coming into this year? May 31 (before the DL) - .145 / .195 / .179 Jul 5 (15 games later) - .180 / .230 / .275 Is this expected to continue and get him back to his career norm, or have the shifts just completely ruined him? I've always liked Kole and having him in RF provides a defensive advantage over their alternatives. Thanks
  11. I thought down this line as well but there has to be at least some difference: Position / Hitting: Cozart, Zack (2B) = Fletcher Marte, Jefry (1B) meh Ohtani, Shohei (P) Has to be FAR better than whoever else has DH'ed Rivera, Rene (C) Was outhitting Machete but at least Briceno has been a pleasant surprise Starters: Any combination has to be better than Pena / Lamb (yeah I know he DL'ed now) / whoever they call up next Lamb, John (P) Meyer, Alex (P) Ohtani, Shohei (P) Ramirez, JC (P) Richards, Garrett (P) Shoemaker, Matt (P) Tropeano, Nick (P) Relievers: You don't think they would make a difference over Drake / Robles / Morris? Jewell, Jake (P) Johnson, Jim (P) Middleton, Keynan (P) Wood, Blake (P)
  12. While this is far from the only reason the team is in the position it is in, how much better do you think this years intended roster would if these guys were healthy? Cozart, Zack (2B) Jewell, Jake (P) Johnson, Jim (P) Lamb, John (P) Marte, Jefry (1B) Meyer, Alex (P) Middleton, Keynan (P) Ohtani, Shohei (P) Ramirez, JC (P) Richards, Garrett (P) Rivera, Rene (C) Shoemaker, Matt (P) Tropeano, Nick (P) Wood, Blake (P)
  13. They got Mookie out? Has that even happened so far this series???
  14. History tells us that their AAA pitching counterparts are headed to the Angels, then shortly after headed to the DL
  15. How long until they drop Young/Herm and bring up EYJ for a while? He always added a little spark last year when he came up to replace Trout
