It is not. Once someone has paid their debt and has proven that the past is actually behind them then they should get ALL their rights back. I know there is a difference between violent and non-violent felonies but some people actually get their shit together. I think we can all agree that the blacks and native Americans have been screwed over by this country in our past but this last statement is a different issue than that. Yes, in my opinion your statement is accurate but this is where personal responsibility and cultural issues come into play. If the US is going to pay for their education then it will help if they value said education. The interest free home loans and free college may help select members of those communities but I don't think it has a s big of an impact as we would hope.

I think the bigger problem is we still have elderly people that want the vaccine that still can't get it. The rollout for this has been way too slow as states have had a long time to implement a plan and it should have been better than this.
