John Olerud also had a pretty swing, one of the best imo. His helmet was sweet too!

How Many Friends - Another very angry Pete song, masqueraded by the soft instrumentals and Roger's incredible voice
There is no other band I can think of where the lead singer sang such personal lyrics penned by someone else. Such an interesting dynamic.
That's a great song and album.

The Count of Monte Cristo is also one of my favorite novels, but as its around 1100 pages, I think turning it into a mini-series would be a better option or more accurate way of getting the story in the novel on screen. For instance, Haydee is a rather central character in the novel, but completely left out of the 2002 movie, probably due to time constraints.
I agree, HH. It would be best as a mini-series due to the many plot twists and characters (not to mention all of Edmund Dante's aliases). Great book and would be a great mini-series.

An AW member recommended this book a while back and I'm finally getting around to reading it:

So far I'm loving it
Four years later, but what the hell, I'm glad you like it

I agree, Katie. DR's attitude is very refreshing.
DR, I like your honesty and uninhibited view on a lot of things. Every Monday morning, I look forward to reading your Weekend Shenanigans. Thanks for sharing with us.
