  1. Rumors about trading for Lillard. Would mean they couldn’t afford Kawhi next year in free agency with limited cap space. Great player, but I’m leaning towards waiting for Leonard. Especially if they’re asking for Ingram and Ball (or Kuz).
  2. I’m as high on Leonard as anyone but his health definitely is a concern. Like I said as long as it’s within reason I’d like to see him here as soon as possible, but I just don’t see SA working with us. I hope I’m wrong. If you’re Boston or Philly how gunshy would you be to make a deal for Kawhi and give up all that only to see him walk and sign with the Lakers after next season. He’s made it very clear LA is where he wants to be. He could pull a Paul George and stay but if I’m Philly or Boston, I wouldn’t gamble giving all that away.
  3. As long as we don’t fleeced in the deal I’m fine with acquiring him via trade. The problem is SA is asking for way too much. I just don’t think they’ll be reasonable in their asking price for him. Also, are we sure he’ll re-sign after the end of next season?
  4. Not a fan of LeBron as a person but what am I gonna say. I’m a Lakers fan. It’s hard complain about adding the best player on the planet to your team. Also, I would save my young talent and see how Kawhi progresses health wise next season and just sign him next July as a free agent. Edit: Kawhi not Kawai
  5. I like the game number in the thread title btw TG. Half way point of the season. I hope Heaney has it tonight. I also hope the offense won’t be as bad as it has been the last few games
  6. Well at least the pressure’s on them. Who knows, anything can happen.
  7. At least Trout is Ok after that play. That’s all we need after this frustrating, torturous game.
  8. Let’s hope this won’t be as predictable as it seems.
