Unforgiven is my favorite Eastwood movie, and it's my favorite Western movie.

Hey Gamers:

I'm getting an XBox One soon.  This is my first console purchase in well over a decade.  I don't count the Wii because it's for the kids.  I figure I'll buy the 500GB version and pair it with a 2TB external hard drive.  

I can buy an XBox One at Costco today for $340 and a 2TB external hard drive for about $90.  Or will there be better deals out there for Black Friday??

The two game I absolutely want are Halo 5 and Battlefront.  Gotta get my Master Chief and Star Wars fix.

I'm considering buying an Xbox One.  (I must say that XBone sounds hilarious.)

Questions for XBox One owners: I have an XBox 360 which the fan can be noisy at times when I want to play at night with the family asleep.  Is the Xbox One less noisy??

Since I'm an avid Costco shopper, I'll purchase it there.  From reading their T&Cs electronics can be returned within 90 days of purchase, if I do not like XBone.

if jerry was putting info together that could have helped the players and the team, and the manager wouldn't use it and the owner supported him, that could easily equate to a hostile work environment. it's a part of the job he was hired for, and he's being point blank dismissed. not a good situation.

 

sosh has a pretty good layer of insulation around him, so i'm not expecting we'll hear much about how he conducts business in his clubhouse. but it seems pretty clear (again) that he's running the show and no one, not even the GM, is going to question how he does things.

Galaxy S6 poor battery performance, lack of removable battery, and expandable storage outweigh the benefits of the beautiful screen display and its sleek look.  Besides, most people protect their smartphones in cases. So the exterior and phone design are negligible.  

So far, the LG G4 is the superior phone.  Larger screen display, and a display that is just as beautiful as the S6.  The G4 also has a removable battery heavy power users who prefer to carry extra batteries for their phones.  Also, the G4 can add up to a 128gb micro SD card.

I've been using the Note 4 off an on for the past 4 months.  It's a solid phone with good battery performance and no noticeable lag when using apps.  With Verizon locking the bootloader so that customers cannot get root access, it hinders additional functionality of the phone.  

Epic day of sports.

Went to the Big A last night to see the Angels finish off a 4 game sweep of the Tigers.

Get home in time to watch UCLA play their second elimination game of the day; this time a rematch against Maryland.  In-between innings, I'd get score updates on the USC/Virginia game.  Final out is made around 11:30, and UCLA/Maryland will face off in a final game tonight.

Switch to the DVR to see the latest episode of Game of Thrones, which was epic.

Go on my tablet and shockingly discover Virginia rallied in the late innings to tie the game.  Watched the 11th inning as SC's bullpen melted down.  Virginia plays the winner of tonight's UCLA/Maryland game.  If UCLA wins, the Supers will be at Jackie Robinson Stadium.  If Maryland wins, I have no idea how the host team will be determined since Maryland and Virginia are #3 seeds in their respective regional brackets.

Napoli reminded me of the patient hitters on the 2002 Angels roster who weren't corrupted by Scioscia's offensive philosophy of hacking away at anything within a foot of the outer/inner black of the plate.
