I never understood why android people make such a big deal about a removable battery. Do you really travel around with a second battery? If you don't, do you really plan on owning the phone long enough where battery failure is going to happen?
It's the option of having the ability to replace a dead or low charge battery with a fully charged one. Whenever I fly, travelers (the far majority iPhone users) are leashed like a dog to a power outlet with their phones in hand.
Sidenote: Though I carry a 12,000 mAh external battery charger whenever I travel, I rarely have had to use it. One time flying out of LAX at a small sportsbar, I did have to use my external charger and had with my phone sitting on top of it. A fellow traveler asked if he could use one of the USB ports to charge his dying iPhone. I obliged; he bought me a beer; and we shot the sh*t while enjoying a drink waiting for our flights.

From a few things I gleamed off articles. The G4 has a wider iris or something, appature or something like that. Because of that, even though it has a lower pixel count, it takes more vibrant pictures and better pictures in low light. Some of the settings on the G4 picture wise was pretty cool. Like you could take up to a 30 second picture. I don't know what the technical term was, but it's that night thingy you take to make the picture really pop.
For anyone that has had a G3, since the G4 isn't out yet? Does the G3 have a panaramic type of shot, where you can take a continuous picture, like a landscape? And do they have that all around you type of picture where it will take a 360 and even above you dome like shot?
While I have some reservations about the G4. They actually may be the last man standing when it comes to removable batteries.
I had the G3 when I went to Kauai earlier this year. I took a number of panoramic shots of beaches and the place I stayed on the North Shore. If I knew how to embed a photo into this post, I'd share some of the pics. The stock photo app on the G3 did not have the photosphere feature, but there are apps in the Google Play Store that allow the user to take a photosphere shot.
I agree with you. Removable battery and expandable memory are two important features that differentiated android phones from apple.

I haven't watched him in 10 years. Can't imagine I'll be missing much.

I'm not eligible for an upgrade until October. So I'll probably choose between the G4 and the Note 5 (which should be out by then). I have the Note 4, and I agree that TW is a drag.

This should be an entertaining thread when Josh gets called up to the Rangers, if ever.

Yeah, I'm with you guys. The battery is the biggest killer. If only the G4 wasn't so bare bones.
Bare bones?
The G4 will feature a better camera than the S6, bigger display, bigger battery size (and most likely better battery performance), removable battery, and expandable storage up to 1TB. And if the G4 is similar to the G3, it'll have less bloatware than the S6. Also, chances are LG will allow its bootloader to be unlocked, so ROMs and kernels can be flashed onto the phone.
So what's the S6 have that the G4 lacks?

Regardless of how his game at bats looked, how was his bp?
I got to the stadium as the gates opened. So batting practice was over by then.
Last night's 11,000+ attendance was the 5th largest ever for a RoughRiders home game.
The organization "Welcome(d) home Josh Hamilton" to their "baseball town". Obviously a play on words

Maybe I should change the font to ALL CAPS in the subject heading.
Lol you don't sound bitter at all.
By the way, what is the point of this thread?

Blanton pitched for the Royals tonight. Watching the atrocious pitching from these Double A teams, I understand why a poor pitcher like Blanton continues to get signed by MLB teams.
-
Josh ends his night going 4-5. Corpus Christi put the shift on his last AB, and the SS whiffed on a hard hit two hopper at him which was ruled an E6.
Hamilton pulled for a pinch runner.

To put into perspective, Frisco is leading 12-11 in the bottom of the 7th. Both teams' pitching staffs suck. Butcher must be in both dugouts
-
Hamilton 4-4, 1 RBI.
While this guy can barely hit the ball in the air 100 feet, two other players have launched HRs over the outfield grassy knoll and onto the street.
-
Josh 3-3 with 3 singles. Most recent hit was a bloop single over 2B head. Guy looks like he has no pop in his bat.
-
Josh is such a prick. He's wearing a Rangers helmet during his ABs and not a RR helmet. So much for being a team player.
-
Josh hits a seeing eye single up the middle. 2-2 in Double A ball with a straight up defense. Definitely a false stat if he makes it back to club ball.
At MLB level, he's 0-2 with 2 weak ground outs.
-
Josh goes 1st to 3rd on a long single to RF. Definitely looks meatier and slower on the bases. Lost a step.
-
With the defense playing straight up Hamilton grounds a single through the right side. It would've been a 3 hop groundout if the shift was on.
-
Four batters in, 2 balls hit to the outfield corner walls, and Hamilton finally moved from his CF position when the cleanup hitter laced a soft liner to left center.
-
Hamilton starting in CF batting 3rd. Looks a bit out of shape. Soft in midsection and thicker legs, not necessarily muscle.
-
Josh is still on the Roughriders, and will give updates on his performance if he plays.

Another Howie Kendrick thread?
Howie aka FUTURE BATTING CHAMP.
Man, we Angels fans were sold a load of manure with him.

I wood.
Well done.

It all depends how much you use your phone, which radios are turned on, and brightness preference of the screen display. Personally, I use my phones for texting, email, listening to music via Spotify and Poweramp apps, Facebook, Twitter, surfing the web, etc. I'm a borderline poweruser. My Note 4 can give me close to 6 hours of display time, which is pretty much an entire day of use.
