He's been the best player on the team so far this year.

He has been great to start this season.  That is one of the best plays I have seen by an IF in years.

I'm gonna puke if I see AO mention arte one more time. He's one of the best things to ever happen to this team.

I was away on a business trip in SF ( more on that on SF Giants fans later), but I see fans are back to the sky is falling type posts.

The Angels just came off a sweep of the AL Champs and should have won the first two games of the series against Texas. We all knew Roth vs. Darvish was not in our favor.
Anyhow, the team could easily have won 5 of 6 from two premier teams in the AL. The Angels are back and IMO, they showed up in full force last Friday. We're 4-2 on the season since they woke up but just 5.5 games back with 130 games or so to play after their nightmare start.
Chin up and Shoulders back Angels fans! We're taking 3 of 4 up here in Seattle. I'm going tonight and to all four games.

Trumbo is our Mauer. The one guy who was born and raised in our backyard as a true Halo fan from birth. Nothing would pain me more as an Angels fan than seeing him not have a long and fruitful career. I hope he becomes a Tim Salmon, and not a Russell Branyon. The speed of the ball off his bat is a thing of beauty. My favorite current Halo by far. And his actually likes real organic guitar based music (not that I am a Thrice fan, but they are uber talented). I love Trout, but Trumbo is the one I get most excited about. Trumbo is already playing for his dream team.

It's rest, surgery or corticosteroid shots. It's highly unlikely it will get any better this season, most likely worse. This is the worst I've ever seen him struggle with it so early

This was great. Felt so good for the people in Boston, including Red Sox fans. 

That was great to watch and see no matter how much Neil has lost. The time delay I think messed him up a bit. Also, I thought the Fox TV feed didn't do it justice. they didn't pick up how loud the crowd was. I found this youtube video which really seemed to captured the moment of being there. Pretty good except for the guy the near the mic who only sang the line "nah nah nah nah"
 

Yeah, exactly.  Everyone knows he has lost a few steps.  But to come out on notice to perform.  When he probably hasn't sung in years, if not decades.  That's someone that wants to be there, to honor.  
 
I don't care how they sound.  For instance if Train came out to sing Calling on Angels at a game, I wouldn't care how they sounded.

That was the real problem. They could've played an instrumental only track or even better just done the whole the a capella (Just Neil and the crowd) to much better effect IMO.

The delay was the only real problem.  But, I thought it was great regardless.

This is not a well-coached team. That goes for Butcher and Scioscia. I know, I know...Spring Training, but..........

Maybe this one shouldn't have been televised. Don't know about anyone else but i've found it pretty hard to get into most of the games this spring. The pitching has been god awful. Hopefully they shake it off for the reg seas.
