    I think the rule of law is important. This judgement is the opposite of that. Any logical person will see this. Just because the cops were dicks does not change the law.

    It would be really hard to fix. With our political system money rules the day. No way they take on big pharma to lower the costs of drugs or the medical industry to lower the cost of care. It is virtually impossible to fix this problem.

    I don't think they will. At some point the money will be there to basically force tech to find alternate fuels for transportation.

    Clearly I am failing at communicating it. I interpreted his initial post as "cons are blaming libs for their failure". While I agree with said statement, it isn't like the libs didn't have their chances to do stuff, but they couldn't get it done and they blamed the cons. Its one big fricking game. Trump will blame whoever he can. He holds no allegiances to anyone except his wallet.

    many of them can go back to their constituents and show them they got a bill and it isn't their fault it didn't get passed. I don't think they care about Trump getting reelected one bit. They just care about themselves getting reelected.

    Its amazing how some people take criticism and make something so much bigger out of it. Right now they are not the end all be all. At this point in time, using an electric car is not saving the planet. It may occur, or it may be some other tech that hasn't come yet.
