  1. Damn if this was April 2017, plan the Texas parade in October. Scherzer, deGrom, and Cueto in the same rotation at some point this year
  2. Anytime you can get a 34 year old 80 OPS+ bat with a 0.6 WAR in 600+ games, you have to consider.
  3. There was always the possible outcome of him getting a hit to begin with lol
  4. Ok at this point I admit, @Blarg is right, we’re all idiots. Lock this thread up
  5. I mean we don't really know if Washington hasn't said anything so it's ok to say "I don't know" and leave it at that
  6. Forget run probability, what’s the probability of Washington and Co. actually using these charts and adjusting mid at bat in the middle of the at bat with the pitch clock? Seems unlikely
  7. Doesn’t change the fact you were wrong again
  8. It’s higher 1st and 2nd no outs than 2nd and 3rd one out. Why call it in the first place then?
  9. This is likely it. It’s ok to say I don’t know
  10. No actually, you and stradling haven’t provided a reason for why they didn’t continue the bunt after the Adell steal. Instead there’s deflection to trout and attacking of the poster himself rather than the question posed
  11. Considering they lost the modern day Jackie Robinson, makes sense
  12. Adells run was meaningless (unless you had orioles -1.5). He could’ve just stayed at third, and the guy on first would’ve been at second with a successful bunt. So hypothetically the Angels would’ve had second and third with one out, which is what they were seemingly trying to do at the beginning of the at bat.
  13. I like that no one’s answered this part of your question lol
  14. Yes his one strikeout on a fastball in a clip of 9 pitches was 93 mph. I don’t know what the rest of his velocity readings were the rest of the game
  15. Meaningless solo homers here and there can do the trick
  16. It’s just about watching to see if trout can stat pad enough for another MVP
