Pitbulls are not born killers. This is why dog fighters end up killing many of them when training. They can't get them to fight. The media jumps on any violence dealing with Pit Bulls because "Pit Bull attacks...." in the headline sells. When another dog attacks a person, it's read as "Dog attacks..."

He doesn't walk anybody, strikes out about an average number of guys and gives up hits. With our OF and IF defense, and our park, he should be a very effective pitcher for us. He's not going to light the world on fire, but he should give us a ton of quality innings. I could see him giving us 200 sub 4 ERA innings. Much better than Santana or Haren last year.

Nollie wants to get the credit, that's what this is about.   Just like the media was all over his nuts for turning around the rangers, when it was really the work of daniels and that front office that have put together the team they have now.   Nollie was just the recognizable face and figurehead of the group, kinda like magic johnson with the doyers.
 
I'm sure he enjoyed having his emperor palpatine face all over the TV the past couple of octobers and getting the pats on the back he was receiving.
