Pit Bulls = Killers

63-year woman on her morning walk, killed by four pit bulls. Deputies are searching for the dogs tonight. Near Palmdale.

 

I hate these stories. There seem to be more of them lately.

Palmdale is a dump and low lifes there train pit bulls to be mean. By nature they are actually very friendly dogs but because of their strength they are trained by people that should be behind bars. You know them, NFL quarterbacks.

That article also says they removed 8 dogs from one owner. That's a pack. WTH?

 

Anyone looking for a family dog does their research on temperament/training/grooming etc.

The fact those dogs are loose and have already killed is troubling. That community is not safe.

 

Unless they're among those eight dogs taken from that house tonight.

pit bulls aren't innately human aggressive but they do possess a quality called gameness which makes them more dangerous than other breeds when they're maladaptive. most people shouldn't own dogs, let alone pit bulls.

Pitbulls are not born killers. This is why dog fighters end up killing many of them when training. They can't get them to fight. The media jumps on any violence dealing with Pit Bulls because "Pit Bull attacks...." in the headline sells. When another dog attacks a person, it's read as "Dog attacks..."

They don't want to go house-to-house to take the dogs; they just need to be regulated more intelligently.  We need a bill that limits the number of teeth they're allowed to possess.

Later Thursday, sheriff's and animal control officials served a search warrant on a home near the site of the attack and took away eight dogs, six of them pit bulls and two of them of mixed breeds.

 

A 29-year-old man from the house was arrested on suspicion of cultivating marijuana.
