How did this country ever survive before public school and free lunches? What a fucking mystery.

No way to answer that because public schools have been here even before it became the US.

I think it's pretty sweet if you actually went to Mar A Lago. Even cooler if you broke in like a Chinese spy.

Larry is brown. The only way he would be allowed into Mar A Lago is either he is there to clean the toilets, or he's the leader of a third world country buying nuclear secrets.

As a Broncos fan I won’t miss him because he tore them up. Damn good WR just felt like he was regularly getting the questionable tag but still managed to play. Definitely a cap casualty for the chargers but it’s the right move given his age. I’d have to think they’re looking at a WR or Bowers in rd 1 next month as they should have their pick of anyone besides Harrison at 5. That said they’re in a prime spot to move back and add some picks if there’s a QB run as most mocks are predicting.

They are going to draft Nabers. Honestly if they would have done the correct thing and drafted Flowers last year this would hit different. It would still suck to lose Allen but at least they would have a young wr1-wr2. Now they will just have Nabers and a hope that Johnston some how learns to catch with his hands.

I can explain it. Trump thought he would gain politically to say he was going to ban it, never intending to, like all the other things he never did.  Promises made, promises grifted. Then he followed the money to his current position. Simple as that.  I know, both sides.

    The MAGA special.

"Frankly, there are a lot of people on TikTok that love it. There are a lot of young kids on TikTok who will go crazy without it," Trump said in a call-in interview with CNBC's "Squawk Box." "There's a lot of good and there's a lot of bad with TikTok. But the thing I don't like is that without TikTok you're going to make Facebook bigger, and I consider Facebook to be an enemy of the people, along with a lot of the media."

I'm going to assume that most people who use TikTok also use Meta and it's platforms so I don't think he's right here.

Very well said by 45. This clears up a lot.

It’s written completely different and has an effect on all social media but you already knew that.

Can you explain the difference between what Trump wanted to do and what the House just voted on?
