    I understand what you're saying Strad, and I agree to a certain extent. Is it also fair to say that if an organization is flawed or dysfunctional in some way that those conditions will affect results (wins and losses) on a yearly basis? I don't know this to be true. But I can see it as a potential possibility esp when you look at the results on the field from the last 7 years.

    I didn't say the season would be over with a loss today. A win would go along way in establishing the team as a contender at this juncture of the season. If that's not agreeable to you, then carry on.
