  1. they talked to him about it during the post game show yesterday, apparently they are trying to make him more versatile. he seemed pretty cool with it and looked at it as an opportunity to get more playing time..should be interesting to watch. probably on par or a little better then bill hall was yesterday
  2. gotta give the guy credit for having a positive attitude..lol he's no bobby abreu thats for sure...
  3. posting this from angelswin.com - if you havent already check it out!

  4. if it makes you feel any better, I dont think the game is televised today
  5. Kenta Maeda...he's playing in the WBC tho so I dont know if he will be there. They say he's like a Japanese Greg Maddux
  6. huge game today...a lot to prove. a lot riding on these 9 innings
  7. glad to see he is doing so well at this point in camp. hopefully he has a solid march and gives us all even more reason to be hopefull for a bounceback 2013
  8. According to MLB Hot Stove Chad Cordero is pitching today....really looking forward to watching him pitch.
  9. im not a big wells fan but i gotta give him credit for yesterday....in addition to the knock he popped up (shocker) and made it all the way to 3rd on an error, great hustle. I'm not expecting much at all from wells but at least he is going about this situation a hell of a lot better than bobby abreu did last season
  10. NEW YORK (AP) -- A bloody sock worn by Curt Schilling while pitching for the Boston Red Sox in Game 2 of the 2004 World Series against the St. Louis Cardinals was sold for $92,613 at a live auction on Saturday night at the Fletcher-Sinclair Mansion. Schilling had loaned his sock to the National Baseball Hall of Fame Museum but when his Rhode Island-based video game company "38 Studios" went bankrupt, he decided to sell the sock that was bloodied as he pitched on an injured ankle. http://www.wpri.com/dpp/news/local_news/providence/schillings-bloody-sock-sells-for-92k
  11. hot chicks and little babies usually work wonders. You can get minor league players and non-starters down on the lower fields daily. They usually sign when coming back up to the clubhouse. Along the rightfield line is a good place too like mancini said. My little boy and I got Torii's, Aybar's, and Weaver's there. If you go to another stadium when the Angels are visitors the team signs (usually along the left field line). Mancini, Cory, Kristen and I got Brandon Wood's and Mike Trout's autograph a few years back. The best chance to get autographs tho is after the Tim Mead "state of the union" on Sunday. AW has early access to the stadium. We got Pujols' last year. Good luck dude
  12. damn i thought that baserunner that just scored was gonna eat sh*t once he rounded 3rd...lol
  13. damn...10 hits for OAK..7 of which have been doubles
  14. that stadium looks as empty as it does during tim mead's annual speech to the AW crew
