Just sounds inevitable now with all the rumors coming out.
Report: NHL to buy Coyotes, sell to Utah ownership for $1.2B
And the reason why I think they are going this route, is so the Utah ownership doesn't get the double whammy of buying a team, and having to pay the relocation fee. And Meruelo is making out well, he bought the Yotes for $425 million in 2019.

Plugging up the middle is the Vegas model. If you're following the Avs model you need more players that can get the puck up the ice with pace and purpose
That would be the Z model. Leo sometimes could. But he seems to be successful more on a rush chance. Z could do it from the goalline with a defense set up. And when I say plug up the middle. I mean in front of the goalie, like a Perry or maroon. Mctavish really is the only one on the ducks that consistently did it, and he's kind of built for it.
-
Oh well. At least we were in it. Just shows, get people in front of the goalie, and good things happen. We need more players that will plug up the middle.
-
Down by 2. But haven't been playing very poorly. Had our chances, just unable to score.
-
A pretty good period by the Ducks in the first. Helps when the goalie looks locked in, and in control. Z and Vatrano have been flying.
-
woah. smart and put the kid line in, and the kid line almost didn't disappoint.
-
First penalty we got in the game. Will we be stupid and put the vet line in first, or smart and put the kid line in first?
-
I think I heard Z say Fuck, the moment he put a beautiful pass into the slot, and it was Stoned that received it.

And BC gets blanked in the championship.

LOL. I wonder if there is a bet?
Gauthier Has Brushed Off Criticism to Thrive
QuoteOne Anaheim player, in particular, welcomed him with open arms, though that new friendship does not extend to this weekend.
"(Former Denver standout) Troy Terry reached out to me right before the Frozen Four and said, 'Good luck, but if you play my Denver Pioneers, not so much,'" Gauthier said.

A little bit more info.
QuoteAs for In-N-Out, prices at one Los Angeles-based restaurant increased by 25 cents for a burger and 5 cents for a drink, according to the New York Post.
During the interview, Synder also shared that In-N-Out won’t be using any technology, such as mobile ordering, that would impact customers’ experience.
QuoteThe president also shared that In-N-Out doesn’t plan to become a publically traded company, adopt the franchise model, or open restaurants

We, the US, will be getting off light if this is the response by Iran. Even if they keep seizing, this response is light in comparison to what could have been, and we should still keep our asses out of it.

Verbeek makes the occasional roster mistake. But, keeping Zellweger and moving Drysdale was a big plus move.
Slowly but surely, he is weeding through what he inherited and improving the team in most cases.
Barring another injury plagued season next year, we should be competitive and fun to watch.
Already looking forward to it.
Yeah, can't wait to see cutter. People saying he should have won the hobey because he plays d including the pk.
We really need to get strome off the z/vatrano line. Strome is just too slow, and rarely in the play. And when he is, and Z gives him a strike, he just badly misses.
Zellweger really is making that top pairing with fowler off wing argument isn't he? He still has to learn, but he does keep the Puck in on his offside and still moves the Puck around like a Rd would do. Would make the off-season moves much easier not looking for a #1 Rd.

If they can afford $68 million + for the land auction and billions for development of the site, why on Earth did they not pay the rent in Glendale? None of it makes any sense. Just a week ago, ownership publicized grandiose plans for a sports/entertainment/commercial district in Scottsdale, complete with renderings.
One article I read is that Glendale wasn't about non-payment, but a major difference in term. Not sure who wanted what, but considering the coyotes got crap attendance in Glendale, I'm thinking Glendale wanted a long term deal and the coyotes might have already been looking at a new stadium. Either way, there are $900 million reasons why salt Lake is a preferable move.

BTW. Cutter did a Zegras, stole a puck and scored for BC. They play tomorrow for the championship.

Oh well, Dostal would have probably won that game. That's okay though. We are seeing some of what can be coming in the next couple years.
Yeah, big thing about Colangelo that has it going for him. Right handed shot. That's a unicorn on the Ducks. That he likes to shoot also helps. And he goes to the net.
-
And you can tell who the gentleman is in the group of Ducks. Gudas, is the only one that helps Jacob's wife onto the ice.
-
Another 6 goals given up by Gibswim. Can't win many when your goalie constantly gives up 6 goals.
-
Lol. Gibswim is just pathetic.
-
And Gibswim says, no, no comeback for us.
-
what the heck is happening? haha. 3 goals in what 2 minutes?
-
Grats to Colangelo to get his first goal in his first game. Even though it was a gimme that half the team would have missed.
-
Lol. And Gibswim allows at least 4 again.
-
Lol. We suck at these challenges.

Just having a whole department of IT, IT security, then having to pay all of the infrastructure. Not to mention orders sitting on the counter ready for the taking. Plus the little box stores, with limited parking and people trying to get their orders. Sounds simple enough. Get on it Strad, I expect your report in the morning.
