  1. That seemed like a weak effort at fielding his position by Skaggs there
  2. Adam Dunn career AVG/OBP: .237/.364 Looking more and more like Judge will settle in close to that. Dunn had a few years where he hit .265 (like Judge will this year) but he was mostly a .230 hitter
  3. I think having Adell and Marsh skip Burlington is a bit of a stretch...they're under 20 and haven't shown a mastery of the strike zone in rookie ball yet. I'd let them play half a year in Burlington like Jones did
  4. Skaggs pitching to his capability would go a long way in helping the entire staff. He's a guy who should be capable of 6 innings every start minimum
  5. You see innings like that from Skaggs and you really wonder why he struggles so much. If he ever found consistency he's a front end pitcher
  6. He was massively overrated in the 1st half. People saying he was better than Stanton lol. He's probably Adam Dunn with better defense, which isn't a bad thing, just not a superstar
  7. No way this team has the pitching to do that. 12 game winning streak would mean winning 2-3 Nolasco/Skaggs starts in a row. Tough to do
  8. Smart move by Scioscia here. Trout probably needed a day off his feet so good to keep him in the lineup at DH and just give Pujols a full day off
  9. Salas is better than Scribner for sure, as much as we crap on the guy
  10. I would have let Guerra face Davis I could be an idiot
  11. Scrubner is an embarrassment. Throwing 88 MPH and walking guys...he should just be DFA'd at this point. Get someone with better stuff or control. I'd rather have Mike Morin out there
  12. Trout could put up .500 OBP one year. Not out of the question at all
  13. Not to get too far ahead of ourselves here, but this is definitely the guy you put out there in a one game playoff if you make it that far
