    Tommy Hanson has allowed 4 XBH to the Astros in his past 6 starts. He's allowed 4 already to them in 2 and 2/3 of an inning.

    The key to the success we had second half of last year, was Mike Trout coming up and changing the ATMOSPHERE. Then, all of a sudden the players realized how good they were and started producing. Ring some bells?

    The recent history of players performing, until they come to the Angels(and vice versa) has to raise eyebrows. How can you become a great GM, when every single great player you bring in, starts sucking the moment they play in this uniform? All the GM can do, is construct a team that looks good on paper, and Dipoto has done just that. The rest is on the on-field management.

    MS manages every game like a one run game. Gets afraid of one run, and allows the big inning. Like the other game where he was afraid of the steal and allowed the HR. This offense can come back from 2-3 run deficits, but he doesn't realize it. He belongs in the NL.

    The A's threaten to steal, distracts the pitcher and gives the hitter an advantage. The Angels miss bunts and gives pitchers comfort, and puts the hitter in a hole. Huge difference in management.

    Mike Scioscia sure appreciates getting into good counts and having less outs. He puts the pressure on him own team rather than the opponent.
