I told the story in the "how did yu become an Angels fan", but, ling story short, my Godfather pitched for the Yankees in the 50s, retired, moved to Buena Park and would take to me Angel games when I was little. He not only taught me to love the Angels (his second team, he was a Yankee after all), but also taught me to hatef The Dodgers. It was the 70s. Bobby Grich was my favorite player.

Catcher didnt tag him, and proved it by tagging Albert way after Albert was on plate. And Alberts toe hit the pl;ate has the tag wasnt being applied.

I have a terrible feeling our pitching is going to be the death of us this season. I know its early, but...yikes. Weaver looks a tad bit wild.

My Godfather pitched for The Yankees back in the 50s. My whole family, being from the Bronx, were Dodger fans, except of course my GodFather. After he retired from baseball, he and the rest of my family moved to So Cal. The Dodgers also moved around the same time. The Angels also became a major league team around the same time and he adopted them as his second team. He was a Yankee first, but Angel second. Since I was very little, he would take me to Angels games, since his house was right around the corner from Angel Stadium. He also taught me to hate The Dodgers. It was him and I vs the rest of the family. Good times. My favorite player growing up was Bobby Grich.

He's not a very good human being.

I don't care that we aren't winning yet, but wow does our minor league pitching suck. That concerns me in general. Hope DiPoto gets that handled and somehow stocks up on some good raw pitching talent because it seems we are hurting bad in that dept.
