Got any facts to back this up? Not saying you're wrong it's just I can think of a few incidents off the top of my head that have resulted in injury. Can't really think of any that don't result in injury

WTF? The whole argument is that most of the time the catcher isn't even blocking the plate. A lot of the times the catcher is setting up for a swipe tag and the runner still chooses to run him over. It has nothing to do with woosification of America. No clue what you're talking about. It has to do with eliminating unnecessary injuries and keeping the game as safe as possible. As usual...you find a way to miss the point.

It was funny. I was getting ready to say "hey" to her, and she came up to me RIGHT before I was going to start the convo. Then we chatted for a while about a lot of things. I can buy these arguments. If a catcher is blocking the plate to the point that the base runner can't get around in a reasonable amount of time then he should be able to run him over. But if he's in a position where the runner can get to the plate by simply sliding feet first, then it should be a 5 game suspension without pay IMO if he runs him over.

I remember that. It was a cheap move by Erstad. I'm sure looking back on it he feels like a real piece of shit. Estrada was never the same (don't even think he played another MLB game after that)

I have a question for you HM: Do you believe that one bullet traveled through JFK's neck, went into the guy (forgot name) sitting in front of JFK's back, started tumbling down, went into his hand placed on his thigh, and then ended up in his thigh? I'm sorry, I just have a hard time believing that that happened considering the fact that they found the bullet in rather pristine condition. I don't buy for a second that there were only three shots fired like the Warren Commission claims (One bullet missed, one bullet hit JFK in neck, one bullet hit in head- fatal shot). I think there had to be a second shooter because of all the bullet wounds found. I know almost everything lines up from the Warren Commission's prespective, but it just seems super suspicious that they knew exactly who the shooter was and where he was located. I feel like they may have forced Harvey Oswald to be the shooter, just speculating there. IDK though, apparently we'll find out in like 30 years according to my US history teacher they are releasing the FULL report on that even in like 40 years or something.

I'd also like to add that this single bullet theory is a crock of shit because they found the bullet in PRISTINE condition...So clearly the bullet didn't go through 4 body parts like this Warren Comission says it does.
