  1. Ortiz is probably the main reason why I know Pujols is clean. Ortiz is an f'n cheat and in terms of ability, couldn't hold Albert's jock. Yet here he is at age 40 defying time the only way cheaters did in the 90's and early 2000's knew how.

I have no idea whether or not Albert was clean in STL. I suspect he wasn't just as I suspect he's 3 years older than he says he is, but one thing is for certain, he's not juicing right now.

The difference between Ortiz at 40 and Pujols at 34 should be the opposite if what it is. F Papi, I hope MLB stops protecting his cheating butt for the sake of selling tickets and jerseys.

you are far too nice to this self righteous prick. He admitted cheating and then tried to convince everyone he never said anything. He is protected by MLB for some stupid reason. He went nuts last year in Toronto after he grounded out. He didn't like the strike one call earlier in the AB. He still saw two more strikes before he grounded out. He estrogen the water cooler. No fine. No suspension. No nothing. **** Ortiz and his cheating redfux ass.
  2. Stradling and I were in North Dakota recently doing some top secret black ops ninja shit and decided to try a chain called Culvers. Stradling had heard of it before and had heard good reviews. They served what they called a "butter burger". Was sort of a hybrid ground beef shredded beef patty that was fried, crispy on the edges, in butter. I had the double mushroom swiss(I was undercover) and really liked it. If they had one in Valley City we would have gone again. They are sort of a open all day burger/frozen custard joint reminded me of a Sonic, Rally or A&W store. Anyone else familiar with Culvers?

  3. Still bullshit.

Sure you had 23 beers, but you threw up. So you should have been DQ'd and second place, with 18 beers and the ability to call it quits on his own terms, should have won......me!

Funny thing is that was the first time I ever met your now wife haha.

Hey Stradling and Skram........they ARE talking tall beers right? I'd hate to think we would drink with amateurs. Unless of course this was the "little miss" division.

  4. My respect goes out to your son that is choosing to become a fireman. I still remember vividly the firemen from the twin towers on 9-11. Smoking burning buildings, panicked people running down the stairs to get out side and save themselves. And then there were the firemen running up those same stairs to save others that maybe couldn't find their ways to the stairwells. Or were scared stiff and couldn't move. These heroes rounding up victims and getting them to the stairwell while continuing up the stairs until the buildings collapsed. Taking with it hundreds of firemen and first responders. Mrs Splint and I have made baskets for our local fire station for over 20 years at the holidays to show our appreciation for all they do. I have gotten a tad choked up while thanking them over the last 13 years. But we don't miss a year.much love and respect for the Herod in our midst.
