I hear you but it’s turned into a season of why nots. They have to be really concerned about having all streaky hitters like Upton, Pujols and Ohtani in the middle of the lineup all next season. Adell will get better but he’s going to need all of next season to figure it out. Just look at how many teams have advanced to the next competitive level leaving it a virtual stretch for us to get to the postseason next year. There are some really good teams out there and they’re getting better faster. 40 year old Nelson Cruz has a higher war than Simmons, Adell, Ohtani, Pujols and Upton combined. That’s shameful.
