I must admit I haven’t seen Blash before tonight’s game but I have never seen a player with that kind of swing in the major leagues.

I wasnt attacking Anderson personally but rather his professional performance. I know he is a young kid who is learning and would most likely be in the minors with most teams. You on the other hand attacked me personally. That was screaming of being a junior high girl. I dont know it all about baseball but I do know if you dont throw strikes you dont win games. Im going to drop the mic now!

I get it. But I am from the school that you can learn from your wins and your loses.You cant just keep trotting him out there and watching the implosion and make believe it didnt happen because they held on to win. The Royals are the bottom feeders in the AL. Any contender would have made the Angels pay. Hell ant .500 club would have taken advantage of it. His control issues are not going away. Its clearly mechanics. The minor league is where you learn mechanics not at the major league level. Angels are doing him wrong by keeping him on the big club right now.

Totally agree. The whole pitching staff needs to work on its command. They pitch scared.

The win is great I get that. My point is that Anderson needs work at the minors level to find command of his pitches. If you just look at his lat two outings he has like 5 walks in 2 innings while protecting a lead. He cant do that and win. I love that the Angels won but I know that he has not progressed from day 1 so he will be the same pitcher in September. Not hating just making a valid point.

No he didnt steal my girl so no offense is taken. On topic though in the adult world I saw a pitcher with no command of his pitches. You dont win games or girls if you cant find the target. The tunnel I envisioned is a big wide one though and I dont think Anderson could hit that tunnel 3 out of 7 times if his life depended on it.

He is a great option for the opposing team. Just sit there with a bat on your shoulder and you can guarantee he will throw 4 balls before he throws 3 strikes. After he walks a few batters and wild pitches them along he usually good for a meatball. Anderson is not a MLB pitcher. He has no clue where the ball is going when he releases it. He needs to go learn his craft.

I don’t blame Anderson. He is just not ready for the big show. I blame the idiot that keeps putting him out there. Poor managing keeps this team hovering around 500.

Anderson needs to get sent down. No excuses. His mechanics are terrible and he should not be in the Majors. Take that bad choice away from a stubborn and stupid manager. If a reliever can’t throw strikes he doesn’t belong. It’s not the umpires fault he can’t hit the broadside  of a barn.
