David Eckstein had great years with no HRS, but he averaged about 25 doubles a year. Will that get it done in today's game? He was sure fun to watch!

The red chair is for the extra umpire that will be needed. Just think how many people had to sign off on this and none had the ball sack to say " Stop the stupidity." 

I don't know all his defensive stats but this guy looks super solid to me. Has good fundamentals and range.  He looks confident out there. His approach at the plate seems to be the same. Is there room for a NEW guy like this in a starting line up or do you have to have the ability to hit 15-20 HRS?  Has launch angles replaced the the line drive single hitter? Which is better for a team, a player who hits .265 with 20 hrs or a guy who hits .295 with 2 hrs? I like the the .295 guy because it's better entertainment. Base running(1st to 3rd, scoring from 2nd on a base hit), bunting, stealing and plays at the plate.

Terry if you read this or of anybody knows him personally my wife is a dentist in orange county and is a Angels fan and would offer to help you out. Really 

If Albert goes down early and he gets 400 ABs:  .285 with 31 hrs. He will feast on faster and straighter MLB pitching until they figure out how to pitch to him and his numbers will tail off a little in Sept.  Angels go to the WS!  Gotta dream big!   

Looks a little Josh Hamiltonish. Launching pad.  He will hit  7 Hrs in his first  50 Abs and Albert will feel the pressure and respond accordingly. Gonna be fun to watch!

When teams figure out the super shift they will be throwing him out at 1st from left field. Its going to embarrassing.

I would like to see Maybin try to catch that ball in the air. He never seems to give 100%   

Hard to survive Major League Baseball with only 2 pitches. Fastball needs move movement and he needs to able to throw inside. Change up?  

He maybe, just might be, could possibly be the next superstar. And even if he is not- he sure is fun to watch! He is fast, sprays the ball and now hits a HR.  I hope he gets on Scioscia's  good side but getting pick off at first is not helping his cause.  I think he stays up for the rest of the season. Love those glasses too!   2nd base?? Why not? 

2nd base!!!  Why not?  We are getting practically zero production out of Dannyboy. I mean he is literally hard to watch in the batters box. I get slightly nauseous when I see him on deck. Something needs to be done. And Cliff is not the answer and I doubt Cowart ability to hit ML pitching. Why not have Valbuena take some infield at 2B and see what happens??
