After the Daytona 500, (no passing, commercial ruined, snooze-fest) and spring training baseball... The Oscars were the most exciting thing I watched yesterday.  I hadn't seen one of the movies.

If my hunch is right, Kole Calhoun is going to make it REAL hard for Dipoto to send him back to SLC after ST.

I think if Wells shows any amount of ability to swing the bat in ST, the bullet will be bitten, and Wells will go elsewhere.

Listening to an interview with Joe Maddon on MLB the other day. When asked why he has such success developing young players, he said one of the keys was NOT to send them back and forth to the minors.

I still believe he has top 10 potential. And a top 10 hitter in the 2 between Trout and Pujols could be lethal. Hmmm could HK be the x factor this year? I think one could make a case for it.

Hitting in the #2 behind Trout worked wonders for Torii last season. HK will get his chance there. Let's hope Eppard has him mentally ready for it when it happens.
