Ahem... you're gonna wash that down with a brew, right?
Was pre-washed....and will be re-washed.

March Madness is coming soon...so guess it's time to get used to it.

Cuba vs Brazil in Japan.
Of course. I should have guessed that.

We who choose to surround ourselves with lives more temporary than our own
Live within a fragile circle
Easily and often breached.
Unable to accept its awful gaps
We still would live no other way.
We cherish memory as the only certain immortality.

Turkey burgers and cauliflower. Might treat myself to a beer after my daughter falls asleep.
You should just put Maggie in her crib and then drink dinner at Joe's.

a cup of thousand island from in-n-out
Only one cup?

Canned chicken noodle soup from healthy choice and a protein bar. Living the life
We can't all be Ray McKigney.
I am looking forward to my orange pork chops.
Making some creamed spinach (can of spinach, some mayo, and some fresh parm cheese grated over it.)

Dog stuffed horse.
On the BBQ with bomb sauce I hope.

Less money, or more money?

I heard the Angels only offered a mule, which isn't even close to a pony.
Disrespectful, really.
Sheesh...
City people.
A mule is much more valuable than a pony, unless, of course, you are a 10 year old girl.

Trying to figure out who he reminds me of...

Grilled eggplant, zuccini, roasted peppers, mushroom and asparagus. Green leaf salad with grilled apples, pears and raspberry vinagrette. Spanikopita spinach phyllo triangles. Baked brie wrapped in puff pastry stuffed with apricots. Brick oven round bread stuffed with hummus surrounded by toasted pita triangles. And an ice cold brewskie to wash it all down.
WOW!
You live in the Greek Isles or what?
I'm impressed.

Awww what a cool pet! Hoping my equine doesn't last 30 years though
30 is pretty average for donkeys, not so much for horses. Horses are more delicate to colic and that sort of thing. Luckily we didn't have to nurse him through any type of long illness. He was fine in the morning, and was gone that afternoon.
We should all be so lucky.

Salad after the main course IS old school ...very Mediteranian.

Had this thread on another MB I used to frequent. It lasted a long time, so figured what the heck...I would try it here.
Myself...I bought some mandarin orange chicken at Trader Joe's last week. They were chicken nugget kinda things, and I just pulled them out of the freezer a few at a time, and while they were OK, they just didn't taste real "orangey" to me. When I went to cook the last ones, lo and behold, there were 2 packets of mandarin orange sauce in the bottom of the bag!
So I am having mandarin orange pork chops tonight.

Deschutes Abyss 2010
Deschutes Black Butte XXIIIA good buddy of mine lives in Bend and helped start that brewery back in about 1980. I was drinking Deschutes back when it was still an "in house" craft brewery. I got my interest in brewing by visiting him, and hanging out there. Every now and then a UPS truck shows up with a few "samples" he thinks I should critique.

So Sorry, Jay.
We just lost our beloved donkey "Dummy" last week. He was over 30 and we had him for the last 18 years. Tough losing our pals.

Big contract isn't even in the discussion yet, but a big raise was in order IMO.
-
His contract is ace-like, and expectations (at least mine) are that he be ace-like on the mound.
I am giving the guy a pass for last season, yeah he didn't suck, but .....
Cuba vs Brazil Sound Interesting?

The Cuban team looks a little overweight to me.
