I’d like a 4th OF to be able to come off the Bench and steal some bases though.

I would like to see this happen:

2B - Hernandez

3B - Moustakas

UT - Dont we have a glove first guy in Cowert, which Im good with.  I think he can play a little short as well.

4th OF - What about bringing Young Jr back, at least he can steal bases.

Still leaves money left over to get a BP piece or another SP.  We could also just save the extra funds for the trade deadline or next years FA.

Moustakas 4/60 just works with the Maitan timeline, dont you think?  It also gives us a LH power bat and solid def at 3B.  Trade for Hernandez and or sign Walker for 2B.

Didnt Ohtani only pitch like 25-30 innings last year?  Maybe his role this year is in the Pen with a spot start every once in awhile.

One thing that I️ find puzzling is the fact that his agent is based out of Irvine and all the meetings were in oc.  Wouldn’t you want to see Texas, Chicago, Seattle etc if you were going to sign a 6 year deal?
