    I started the night with a bottle of rum and three Oxycontin; I saw my Angels look like a major league team and Jason Vargas throw a complete game shutout. If this is a hallucination, I'm okay with it. Light it up, baby!!

    To be honest, I'd be drinking whether they were winning or not. It's just more necessary when they suck like they have this year.

    As an Angel fan for 40+ years, I really want to be optimistic about this team this year. But I think I know a sub .500 team when I see one, and this is one.
