Arte IS the best owners in sports and I would love to have a beer with him. I think he (like a lot of us) pulls his hair out trying to figure WHY the lineup of Trout, Hamilton, Pujols, Trumbo cant put up better numbers. Hamilton & Pujols especially.....WTF!!!! I am of the mindset that these two contracts (Hamilton & Pujols) didnt "hamstring" the Angels at all like most people think.. What did hurt the Angels substantially were the trades for Haren and Greinke along with the Nick Adenheart tragedy....RIP. If only we had 1 of those arms back or be able to put Aybar on the block for a young arm...how much better would this team be?
