Hamilton could go 0-3 and look bad, and Scioscia will still hope that he'll hit a bomb in his 4th at-bat. Josh is in there for the duration.
I sure hope Hambone goes to Sosh and tells him he's spinning his wheels and it ain't helping .

The "short leash" is also problematic when dealing with Wilson. He could give up three runs in an inning then pitch 1-hit ball for the next six.
What do you do if he gets in trouble in the 2nd inning? Do you take him out right then and there? How many runs is he allowed before he gets removed? Do you want the bullpen to go seven innings today?
Sosh will let him give up 3 runs max.
-
We're gonna score 5 runs I think.
But, will it be enough ?
Street on one day rest after pitching 2 innings concerns me .
Howie and Aybar need to get going bad .
-
Kittens gonna lose I think . Price is way overrated imo.
-
We are not talking about those teams.
How many of those ex-Angels managers had the pleasure of getting in as a wild card ?
Mauch had 2 division wins in 6 years on a tough division.
Gene Mauch did not have a great pen . In fact, they were horrid and he milked them as good as he could.
How many years has Sosh been here ?

I throw a big chunk of blame for the loss on Friday at Iannetta. Terrible framing, and two horrid throws to second. How do you not throw out a runner on a pitchout? His throwing is atrocious. I like him at the plate but not behind it.
Sosh must have missed all that.
He refused to ph Conger for him IN PERHAPS THE BEST bunting situation of the series .

I would like to see if anyone can tell us all about the post season records of former Angels managers
Collins
Lachemann
Rogers
Rader
Rojas
Mauch
McNamara
Fregosi
Williams
Winkles
Rice
Phillips
Rigney
Oh, I forgot, most of you weren't Angels fans before Scioscia was the manager.
Using that argument, Lasorda should still be managing the Doyyers today.
Dusty Bakker should still be with the Giants .

well, so far joey is exhibiting more of a part of the problem rather than part of the solution attitude for all of us. yes joey, bring a knife to the stadium. that'll make things much better.
I'd bring a Colt Officer if I had CCWP.

I do.
You could have batted him 9th and Iannetta 7th.
-
If we lose a 1-run game today and Hamilton flails through a couple of at bats with RISP this place will explode.
Sosh will appease us all though with his post-game conference words.
-
I saw a fight while leaving the game a couple of months ago. They really need to have more security and better lighting in the parking lot
That's it .
I'm taking my neck knife to the stadium from now on.
Problem with these aholes is, they are mostly in a pack .
The ahole who attacked the victim him from behind and had two wing men with him.
Total cowards.

It's time to drop Los Angeles from our team name. Well not really but you can bet this incident is alcohol related. Something needs to be done about how many alcoholic beverages are sold to individuals at all sports venues. Way too many fights in the stands.
The name is frkn jinxed too.
This name has not won an ALCS.

People probably blame Scioscia for Cowgill trying to tag up. Despite those mistakes were a lot less frequent than previous years.
I blame Sosh for putting Hambone on the roster instead of Campana.
-
Jeesh!
Back in '02, I was approached by a drunk loser who kept saying I was from NoCal.
Even though I carried the red thunder sticks . Good thing he was by himself and he stopped after I stared him down.
He was lucky he stopped . I would have had noi problem knocking him out.
This was outside of the stadium by Orangewood where parking is cheaper and easier to get out .
-
I wonder when enough will finally be enough for some of you scioscia apologists. Being content with winning the division but failing in the post is embarrassing.
Maybe Sosh needs a higher payroll to win an ALDS.
-
Explain to me why that move didn't make sense?
2-0 and 3-1 counts.

What is Hamilton in the series so far? 0 for 8?
put Hamilton's ABs from Games One and Two on a video to be watched one after the other........
have folks watch that video -- and then ask the folks who watched the video if Hamilton should start Game Three Sunday -- regardless of who is pitching for KC.
I don't think there's been a player who has had a worse series of ABs in a playoff series than what Hamilton has shown in Games One and Two. Part of the reason there's not much history with this sort of weak effort at the plate is because a player with ABs like that is usually pulled for a PH before his last AB in Game One and then finds himself on the bench for Game Two.
Andre Dawson when he had one good knee for the Cubs looked better in '89.
-
Let's not forget, HE ONLY inserted Howie in the 4th spot b/c HAMBONE WAS HURT.
He would have ride his jock till we lost the division .
The ALDS SHOWS IT.
-
I'm drawing a blank on his name but the Nats manager takes the cake. Pulling Zimmerman 1 out away from the cg shutout.
Matt Williams.
Doyyers gonna win game 2.
-
I don't think Shields will anywhere close to the first two starters.
I think we'll score some runs on him.
Street might be worn out from the two innings yesteday.
The Royals have not made an announcement who's starting game 4 if necessary.
There might be a glimmer of hope despite Sciosia and the bad hitting/defense.
-
Doyyers pen and Tigers pen are money.
-
Totally dominating but he walks a guy with two outs and he's gone.
Matt Gene Mauch Williams
-
I wonder how many times the Giants bunted.
I wonder if Sosh is as good as Bochi .

He didn't get swept by a wild card team.
If he managed for 20 years and had the pen, he'd have won it .
Tommy John said the 82 team was the best team he played with but the pen was not good .
