    That's an iPhone feature. On Android you can do 3 quick swipes to scroll to the top or bottom of a page. Or you can install another browser. Dolphin HD is popular and has gestures, including one for jumping to the top of the page.

    Should be a red "x" when you put your mouse over a signature. When you click it, you can turn off just that signature or all of them.

    It's about the same on Android: long press the bookmark and the menu will have the option to add to home screen. If you have a third party launcher, you can probably change the icon too...

    Not all of California. Most of central and southern, but from about Fresno north is in the clear. Useful map.
