I still think our offense is better this time around than it was last year. The K definitely aren't as bad as it was last year. We had terrible OBP last year in April.

This is actually a great comparison. The majority of high quality women sleep around like whores during their teens and 20s with bad boys, and then settle down with some nice guy who listens to her problems and takes her verbal abuse in her 30s. While this dude is treating this lady like a princess (The Angels giving Pujols and Hamilton huge contracts for who they are), other guys did the deed and never had to see her again (St Louis and Texas having both of these guys on the cheap for the best part of their careers, and then not dealing with them when they wanted the the big wedding).

Was our offense showing some spark last year? We had a terrible OBP, guys were K'ing left and right and the times when we did have RISP, we failed. Our offense seems to be a little better than it was last year. Pitching wise, were pretty much on par if not slightly worse.

Howie, Pujols, Borjous, Richards, are playing well Trout, Iannetta, Callaspo and Trumbo are in the middle The rest are playing like shiit.

It took us a month to start playing last year. I think were a little ahead of schedule this year, which should bare well for us in the long run.
