Again you miss the point, only way Trout is traded if he ask. If he ask and Arte says ok to get anything decent back they would have to eat some money. His value is at a low point because of injuries last 3 seasons.

First I hope he can stay healthy and play 140 to 145 games with DH open this year. Trout controls if he is traded. If healthy and having good year he would be tradable. Angels would have to eat some of the money. I also do not think he will be traded and also hope he remains with halos.

Looks like Perry and Arte are punting maybe you should call them. Sometimes you punt for field position and wait for a better opportunity to score.

IF they are going to start some sort of rebuild you keep those players and add to them. Trade Ward who will be 30, Drury and Estevez who be gone after this season. Get younger players or prospects. Sign any SP or RP that you might be able to flip at deadline. This gives this season to let young players to develop and you can see where they are at. Next off season maybe that is when halos spend money. This is a direction I would take this team.
