Yes finally some good news our way!

If  Rendon goes elsewhere sign all 3 Ryu, Keuchel and Teheran and trade for a catcher.

What if they sign 3 arms and trade for a bat - Ryu 3yrs 50 -Keuchel 3 yrs 50 -Teheran 2yrs 18 then trade Heaney,Barria, Jones, for Contreras.

Apparently per Bill Shaikin the Dodgers are now after Cumgarner.

Cole alone did not guarantee a playoff berth next year. Obviously it improves their chances, the plan always was--and remains--to improve year to year and become a powerhouse by 2022 or so. 

So if I'm Eppler, I try to put together a really good lineup, and a stealthily good and mostly homegrown rotation and bullpen.

 

 

I agree on Adell definitely, but if Marsh can bring us back Contreras or an all star level pitcher then it’s a go.

I was thinking of this trade as well, at the moment 21-3 hopefully same good results for Angels down the line.

I know we all want cole more than anything, but rendon would be huge. If for nothing else, it opens up decently valuable trade chips.

As much as i love Fletch(David not Jeff) it possibly opens the door for the Angels to trade him for a quality SP.
