One of the better catchers we've had in a whileeee. Great arm and defense. He seemed to enjoy his time here and it seems like he wants to be a starter so why not just re sign him next off season if both sides are interested?

Agreed 100%, glad Fletcher came up and contributed enough to get an extended look, I don't see why Ward doesn't deserve the same. I mean...he can't be worse than Valbuena....right?

Agreed, was thinking this earlier. It's nice to see flashes of the player he was in the past, like you said its hard to have much faith in him. His hitting tonight/defense really made up for that uncommon high throw last night. Keep grinding Kole.

Feels good to beat up on the Mariners and Dipoto. Loved the Fletcher homer and the kids defense is surprising me. Nice win tonight!

Except if he were an Angels reliever, he'd get 2 quick outs, then get ahead 1-2 on the third batter, before throwing three consecutive balls and giving up the walk. Then he'd walk the next batter. Then he'd allow a single, followed by a double. And then get the third out on K after allowing 3 runs.

I hate how accurate this is.

A co worker showed me the mickey ears they were giving to the group for the series and I couldn't help but laugh in his face, so silly. 

The tone in the stadium changed so much after that Ohtani blast, what a game.

After game 1 a lot of players, coaching staff and families hit the bar to eat and drown in they're sorrows after the loss. That being said its a small bar and the last thing anyone from the Astros wanted to hear were Dodger fans being obnoxious. I guess the Dodger fans were threating about going to the media (which they did) and embellished the story quite a bit in the process.

Hi guys, long time lurker. Love this site and I read it nightly. That being said I came to post cause I know what happened at the altercation. There was no physical fight, just some dodger fans who had too much to drink and talked shit to people and didn't know who they were. Tempers got the best of both. The dodgers fans did make quite the scene though.

Kubitza has been working out at 2B this offseason as well as 1B and LF.  Not exactly sure what the Angels plan is there.  I guess they're just trying to give themselves options.
