This is such a non story.  What does Giancarlo Stanton make?  Hint: less than Trout and Jeff Mathis.  This is the system the players collectively bargained for and if Trout's agent has an issue he should take it up with the MLBPA not the Angels.

Listening to the podcast right now. COMPLETELY agree with if Speedy Petty can continue to get on base; enough to perhaps even lead off, we WILL have the most leathal lineup in the league. Seriously, an on base Petey, Trout with PUJOLS for protection and then JOSH FrEaKInG HAMILTON to protect HIM!? Oh and throw some Trumbo in after that!? Not even fair!!

As far as CJ being the absolute key, you said it towards the end of it...."consistant". I don't need 1st half all year long but somewhere inbetween and consistant for the year. Still wondering about the 2 slot though. I think the 2 slot/Petey are the keys to the offense.
